About the event
Join us as our panelists share ways they break down stereotypes and dismantle misconceptions about accessibility and visibility of people with disabilities through the work they do, their advertising strategies, and inclusion efforts. This will be a safe space where attendees can comfortably ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue.

Meet Panelists:
Vicki Stewart - Moderator
Vicki is the Executive Director of Employment Disability Resources in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She has a B.A. in religion with a minor in psychology from Augustana University. She has worked in the field of disabilities for 32 years. She is a WINDMILLS: Changing the Perception of Abilities certified trainer.
Maddie Peschong - Panelist
Maddie is a branding photographer and coach who is obsessed with teaching creative entrepreneurs how to build a profitable business by being themselves. Through coaching, digital products, and personal branding photos, she helps women discover their magic so they can stand out in a saturated market, confidently scale their income without trading more time for money, and do only work they love. She is the creator of the Rebrand group coaching program for brand photographers, host of the Take it Personally Podcast, and founder of the White Space Studio in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, a place where creatives can design, dream, and collaborate while developing their own irresistible brands.
Mary Spargur - Panelist
Mary is a mom of two who is passionate about supporting and empowering others even when no one else can see their worth. She has made it her mission to seek out the positive experiences in life for herself and others... and even create them when necessary!
Early in life, Mary developed a desire to empower and support individuals while navigating life. She became passionate about providing encouragement to parents of children with disabilities, accepting everyone as they are, and making sure every individual knows they bring value to this world!!
Mary has a Bachelor’s & Master's degree in Special Education- Intellectual Disabilities. She spent 11 years in the classroom as a special education teacher working with students of all abilities and medical complexities. In 2021, she left the classroom behind to take a more active role in advocacy.
Molly O’Connor - Panelist
Molly serves as the Executive Director of REACH Literacy, working to improve accessibility in Sioux Falls through literacy and promote a culture of lifelong learning. Her commitment to accessibility and inclusion has been a constant thread throughout her career. Before joining REACH, Molly was the Associate Director of Design and Accessibility at Lemonly, where she focused on accessible and inclusive storytelling for various brands and led the company’s first DE&I task force to enhance design practices. Additionally, she teaches and speaks publicly on digital accessibility and inclusion, sharing her expertise to guide companies and professionals in best practices.
